What do I need at home to use it?
A power outlet in each room you'd like covered and a home internet connection for the hub. No reliable internet? Add the cellular connection and the hub connects on its own. The nodes talk to the hub on their own private network, so they don't join your home WiFi.
How do I set it up?
Scan the QR code in the box. It walks you through downloading the app, signing in and choosing your plan. Then plug in the hub, plug a node into each room and name the rooms in the app.
What's included in my plan?
Every plan includes live status in the app, alerts, breathing and heart rate readings, a weekly activity report and the whole family at no extra cost. Plans are $49.99 a month or $499 a year. Monthly insights, with longer-term trends and a written summary, are an optional $9.99 a month.
Is VAKT Home a medical device?
No. VAKT Home is a wellness and activity monitor. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything and it isn't a replacement for emergency services. In an emergency, call 911.
